2. Donation & 80G Tax Exemption

Help Association is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Donations made to the organization are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the limits prescribed by law.

• To claim 80G exemption, the donor must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and physical address during the donation process.
• Tax exemption certificates (80G receipts) will be generated and made available via the Donor Dashboard or sent via email.
• Help Association assumes no responsibility if the donor provides incorrect PAN details resulting in the failure of 80G claiming.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, and organizational logos. Reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Help Association.

6. User Conduct & Volunteer Operations

Users registering as volunteers must submit accurate dossier information. Help Association reserves the right to terminate volunteer access, reject applications, or restrict system access at its sole discretion without prior notice if fraudulent activity or malicious intent is suspected.
